How to Make a Paper Bow by Raychel Kennedy
So yall already know that I want Jaxson's baby shower to be all handmade decorations etc..
I am now make Paper Bows for the top of the Prize Boxes.
It's very simple to do... just follow along...
(remember everybody makes these a different way)
-Cut 1 strip - 1 inch wide 3 inches long
I don't know what this is called, but everybody knows how to do this.
-Do this "twisty thing" to all of the 8 strips (1in x 6in).
-Hot glue or use double sided tape to attach the ends together.
It should look like this.
- Cut a 1 in x 1 in Square to use as the bow base.
-Hot glue or use double sided tape to secure ends
This will be the center piece of your bow.
-Glue in place one by one.
(I use the middle of the square-base to keep all the sides even)
-Repeat with the next 2 layers.
You just made your first Paper Bow!
I prefer double sided scrapbook paper,
but for this project I used card stock because I wanted it to be stiff.
On the brown card stock I glued a ribbon to it.
The bow on the far right is double sided paper which looks awesome.
Now, I just glued my Handmade Paper Bow to my Handmade Prize Box.
Those are really cute, I like both of them. But, I see what you mean about the double sided paper, that looks awesome.
