Sweet Friday. High Heel Rose Cake

Sweet Friday
High Heel Rose Cake
By Raychel Kennedy

This cake was made for a birthday lady and it's simple but sweet.

I love how the open toe high heel shoe came out. The high heel was 2 inches tall. I would have made it higher, but I made the heel last minute and didn't want to risk it.

The hearts was made from my Cricut Cake Machine and the roses I made from fondant and gumpaste.

This was the frist time I EVER made roses and I am soooo happy with them. I made them by hand with no tools. Just my fingers and a ball of fondant/gumpaste.

One day they will be better, but I think they are pretty cute for the first time.

Hope you have a Sweet Friday!

What are your plans this weekend?

I am working on a babyshower cake for a boy. They said to do whatever I wanted, but do not use any blues. Do you have any advice or tips I could do?
