    LOVE this cake. I haven't yet worked with fondant is it hard to use?

    Thanks so much! Yes, fondant is tricky but it is totally worth learning. It's not east but it's not too hard.

    I taught myself and, to this day, have never takin a cake class. If I can do it, you can do it :)
