Chip & Joanna Gaines' Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas. All about my trip!

Magnolia Market

You have no idea how excited I am to share with you our trip to Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas. If you've seen the HGTV hit show 'Fixer Upper' then you know who Chip & Joanna Gaines are. They are the dynamic duo who renovates old homes into a rustic, one-of-a-kind, masterpiece. I dream of Joanna coming to 'Fixer Upper' my home to an angelic farmhouse. I'm sure most of us women do.

Waco is a little over an hour from our house. We arrived at the orginal Magnolia Market location. In all honesty, I had no idea they moved.

I freaked out a bit when this location was closed, until I saw the "We Moved" sign. Whew... this was a close one. My husband wouldn't have let me hear the end of it if they were closed for the day. I'm notorious for sending us places when they're not open lol.

The Grand Opening of Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas...

How did we get so lucky? It was the GRAND OPENING! Since this was on our 12 year anniversary and we, somehow, managed to come during the Grand Opening it felt very special.

Look at the Grand Opening picture above. Do you see the sliding doors to the right? That's the entrance. I love barn sliding doors!

We didn't stay for all this, but it sure sounds fun. #silobration... how clever!

The store was everything you imagine it would be. It's like one of her house creations on overload.

A few things I loved included the black/white sign, chalk board w/ basket, metal magaize rack, 'Merry Christmas' sign, and that metal chair. I need that chair!

This was in front of you at checkout. I had to snap a photo.

Silos! Rustic and perfect for Joanna. This was her dream and she made it a reality.

We didn't eat at the food trucks, but they're this way <------ p="">

Daniel and I had a great day at the Magnolia Market Silos & a great anniversary.

I bet you're wondering what we bought...

I tried to stay under a hundred dollars. The prices are more expensive than what you can find at Hobby Lobby, but it's all about the experience and the story behind it. I couldn't have left empty handed. The items I bought was priced just right...

Wooden Lantern- $45
Black Metal Picking Basket - $16
4 Cotton Stems - $9 each

Once I got home I placed one of the cotton stems inside the lantern. I wished I bought one more wooden lantern. I want a large lantern, so this one isn't sitting alone. Maybe, one or two more picking baskets too.

I see another trip in our future. Real soon!

Have you visited Magnolia Market yet? I'd love to hear what you bought.
