I started just like many of you. I wanted to stay home with my kids and needed a way to make money without leaving the house.
Back in 2005, my goal was simple: make enough to cover rent.
So I started small.
I sold tutu skirts and shirts. Then I added more:
- Party supplies
- Homemade cakes
- Flower girl dresses
Custom creations
Everything I learned, I turned into income.
Then life changed.
My body no longer allowed me to create the way I used to. At the same time, COVID made it difficult to access supplies.
So I shifted.
I moved into digital designs, focusing on school spirit, moms, and kids. I started creating designs for:
- Back-to-school shirts
- Spirit days
- Sporting events
And just like that, I created a new stream of income without needing physical inventory.
